If you have technical problems concerning our products, contact the SMA Service Line. We require
the following data in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
•Inverter device type
• Inverter serial number
• Firmware version of the inverter
• Special country-specific settings of the inverter (if applicable)
• Type and number of the PV modules connected
• Mounting location and mounting altitude of the inverter
• Inverter LED signal and display message
• Optional equipment, e.g. communication products
