1 About this instruction manual
This instruction manual contains a description of the SolarMax S series string inverters
2000S, 3000S, 4200S and 6000S. It also tells you how to install, commission and oper-
ate the inverter. Familiarize yourself with inverter functions and characteristics before you
begin the installation work. Carefully read the safety instructions in this manual. Ignoring

This instruction manual is for the tter (or the responsible electrician) and the operator
of the PV plant.
