THERMOCUBE II 200-650W
THERMOELECTRIC CHILLER
SECTION 1
INTRODUCTION _________________________________________________
ThermoCube II is the second generation of Solid State Cooling
Systems popular ThermoCube thermoelectric recirculating liquid
chiller. The ThermoCube II 200 through 500 watt units are the same
size and has most of the same pump and cooling capacity options as
the original ThermoCube. The product has a redesigned power
subsystem for even longer life, a more powerful controller that
include fan speed control to minimize noise and pump speed control
to set the desired flow rate, a back-lit display, and more
communication options, including RS232, RS485, and Ethernet.
ThermoCube II can deliver up to 650 watts of cooling capacity
without the use of compressors or refrigerants. The system provides
1 to greater than 3 liters per minute of constant temperature coolant,
with PID control for both cooling and heating. With fewer moving
parts than compressor systems, the Thermocube II is highly reliable
and energy efficient.
The ThermoCube II systems provide stable and precise temperature
control for a variety of applications, lasers, low-light CCD cameras,
analytical equipment, medical equipment, testing, microelectronics
production, and any other application requiring better than ±0.05°C
control
The ThermoCube II recirculating chillers are highly customizable,
with many different options available, which allow us to specifically
configure the system for your particular application.
From conception, The ThermoCube II systems have been designed
for long life and ease of use. The internal thermoelectric modules
have lifetimes greater than 200,000 hours.
