IDE HDD Block Mode Block mode is also called block transfer, multiple
commands, or multiple sector read/write. If your IDE
hard drive supports block mode (most new drives
do), select Enabled for automatic detection of the
optimal number of block read/write per sector the
drive can support.
The choices: Enabled; Disabled.
Power ON Function This option allows you to select <KB Power ON
Password> , <Hot-Key Power ON> or others.
The choices: Any Key, Button only, Keyboard 98,
Password, Hot-Key, Mouse Move, Mouse Click.
Onboard/CNR LAN

Use the default setting.
The choices: Auto; Onboard
Onboard FDC
Controller
Select Enabled if your system has a floppy drive
controller (FDC) installing in the system board and
you want to use it. If you install add-in FDC or the
system has no floppy drive, select Disabled in this
field.
The choices: Enabled; Disabled.
KB Power ON Pass-
word
When user sets a password for keyboard, the
password user set that return the system to Full
On state.
Hot-Key Power ON Boot up the system via predetermined keyboard hot
key.
The choices: <Ctrl>+<F1>...<F12>
AC97 Audio/Modem This option allows you to decide to enable/disable
the 815 chipset to support AC97 Audio/Modem.
The choices: Auto; Disabled
