2: FBM>=1 time, duration >=60S
1: FBM>=1 time, duration 30～60S
0: No FBM, or duration <=30S
4) Fetal Tension of muscle (FT)
Observation duration: 30 minutes
Grading standard:
2: >=1 time, extension and bending of extremities and the spine
1: >=1 time, extension and bending of extremities or the spine
0: extension of extremities, no bending, with hands open
5) Amniotic Fluid (AF)
Grading standard:
2: AF max. Depth>2cm
1: AF max. depth1～2cm
0: AF max. Depth<1 cm
6) Placenta grading (FL)
Grading standard:
2: PL<=2
1: back wall placenta, difficult to determine the PL
0: PL=3
Based on single indices the fetal growth status is acquired as
below:
2: Normal
1: Slightly abnormal
0: Obviously abnormal
