1. Remove the dust protection sheet from the case.

2. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
Note
Remove the dust protection sheet with the adhesive tape remaining on the case.
1-3-14. Notes for Replacing Boards
Service for the CN-3403, CN-3404, VR-345, and SW-1521 boards
Parts mounted on these boards are not supplied as service parts. Therefore, when replacing parts on these boards, the
board that mounts the target parts must be replaced.
No circuit diagrams, mount diagrams, or mounted parts of these boards are described in this manual.
Notes for replacing ICs on the MIX-54 board
The following ICs contain program data. When any of these ICs is replaced, program data must be reinstalled.
For how to reinstall program data, refer to “1-6. Version Update”.

Notes for Replacing MIX-54 Board
When replacing the MIX-54 board, perform the following.
• Update the configuration data for the FPGA on the MIX-54 board and the software program data.
(Refer to “1-6. Version Update”.)
Adjusting the fader lever
After any of the following parts has been replaced, the fader lever must be adjusted.
• Fader assembly
• KY-671 board
• IC402 or IC405 on the KY-671 board
• MIX-54 board
• IC1200 on the MIX-54 board
1. Press the SETUP button beside the menu display of the unit.
2. Select "System" with the [V1] knob and press the [V1] knob.
3. Turn the [V1] knob to move the cursor to "Back" at the bottom of the item list.
