The printer ejects a blank
sheet of paper, and then
the ALARM indicator
lights and the message
“CHANGE RIBBON”
appears on the printer
window display.
The ink ribbon has been used up.
tReplace the ink ribbon (page 15).
Do not reuse the ejected paper.
There are marks and
stripes on the print side.
The thermal head is dirty.
tPerform thermal head cleaning
(page 65).
