Troubleshooting sound
My speakers are not producing sound
❑ The speaker volume may be turned down low. Press <Fn>+<F4> repeatedly to increase the volume.
VGN-T series: Press the Volume Up button (+) located at the bottom right of your notebook.
❑ If your computer is powered by battery, check that the battery is inserted properly and that it is charged.
❑ If you are using an application that has its own volume control, check that the volume is turned up.
❑ Check the volume controls in Windows.
❑ VGN-T series: Make sure the Mute button is not pressed and that the Mute LED is not lit.
