− The whole machine must be dusted to prevent accumulation of dirt which could get into the
dough.
− For cleaning, use ordinary domestic detergents and rinse thoroughly with water.
− To remove scale, use a plastic scraper or a soft plastic brush.
− Do not use jets of water or compressed air; the former reduces the life of the machine and the
latter generates flour dust and is therefore a health hazard.
