 Use a 5 mm L-shaped hex key to stabilize the tendon and an 11 mm open wrench to loosen
and remove the damper shaft from the tendon.

 Turn the compression adjustment lever to OPEN and press the damper shaft into the
damper, then remove the tendon by pulling up on it while rotating it side to side.
