6.1 Special Servicing Tools, Servicing Aids
– Socket, T27 – 0812 542 2104
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302
– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415
6.2 Removing Right Handle Housing
N Preparations, @ 2.4.
N Take out the screws (8).
N Carefully lift away the right handle housing (11) –
controls and springs may pop out.
N Locate the locking tabs inside the handle housing
(11) and push off the cover (10).
N Lift the handle molding (9) slightly at the locking tabs
and take it away.
N Remove the soundproofing (7).
6.3 Removing the Blower Tube
N Remove right handle housing (11), @ 6.2.
N Lift the blower tube (5) and nozzle (6) slightly and pull
them away from the blower (12).
N Remove the nozzle (6) from the blower tube (5).
6.4 Removing the Blower

N Remove right handle housing, @ 6.2.
N Remove the blower tube, @ 6.3.
N Pull blade terminals of yellow wire (15), blue wire (16
an red wire (17) out of the receptacles.
N Remove blower (12) with inlet cone (13).
N Remove the inlet cone, @ 6.5.
