Whenthestarterropeisfullyex-
tended,itmuststillbepossibleto
turntheroperotoratleastanother
half-turnbeforemaximumspring
tensionisreached.Ifnot,pullthe
ropeout,holdtheroperotorstea-
dyandtakeoffoneturnofthe
rope.
Therewindspringmaybreakif
overtensioned.
