– Avoid pollution of wastewater, surface water
and groundwater
– Avoid pollution of the soil and atmosphere
– Use absorbent materials (sand, earth) to
absorb exudation
– Seal battery leakages
– Put the contaminated absorbent product in
a plastic bag and dispose of it as special
waste according to the local regulations in
force
