Check drive axle for damage or breakage.
Check bearing positions for noise.
Brake system
Check that electromagnetic brakes are installed and connected.
Check braking distance of electromagnetic brakes.
Check the electromagnetic brake air gap.
Hydraulic system
Check cylinders for damage and leakage and ensure that they are properly secured.
Check that the oil tank is fixed and check it for leaks.
Check the hydraulic oil level.
Check hoses, pipes and interfaces for damage and ensure their tightness and seal-
ing.
Check overflow pressure.
Lifting system
Check whether mast is damaged.
Check lifting and lowering speeds.
Clean and lubricate the rolling surface on the lift mast.
Check and lubricate the rollers on the mast and fork carriage.
Check whether the hose connections are intact and whether there is oil leakage.
Check and lubricate chains.
Check that the lift mast is properly secured.
Check the lifting chain and chain guide piece for wear. Adjust and apply grease.
Check the load backrest for damage and ensure that it is properly secured.
