OVERVIEW
The following document is a reference document describing - installation, operation, maintenance, service & repair,
warranty, certification, safety - for Mora Ovens pizza and Pastry Deck Ovens.
HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
BACKGROUND
Mora Ovens is a brand within manufacturing of pizza and Pastry Deck Ovens. Owner Tony Kavak has long and solid
experience in the restaurant industry and has for many years sold pizza ovens for several well-known brands.
As a retailer, Tony noted that many brands did not meet the requirements that the "regular" pizza baker really needs
(Tony himself has been baking pizza since the age of 18). This was the seed to start making a unique oven with the
primary focus on the baker.
In 2019, Tony attended the Milan Restaurant Expo to evaluate potential import candidates, but the same shortcomings
were noted among manufacturers as before.
After the trip, extensive work began on creating the Mora Ovens brand.
After extensive work including design, production, etc. the first prototype was completed in January 2020. After 2
months of testing and finetuning, the first copy was sold to a customer in Stockholm.
Since March 2020, sales and the amount of inquiries / interest have been a success. As of today's date, Mora Ovens
sells ovens all over Sweden and exports to several EU countries via retailers.
Our factory has a flexible production process and has support for other dimensions and larger volumes. Furthermore,
we stock all spare parts at our central warehouse in Skövde for quick service / dispatch or pick-up on site.
DESIGN
Mora Oven's pizza/bake ovens have been developed in close collaboration with skilled bakers from Sweden and
France. This has resulted in a product that is synonymous with simplicity, carefree ownership, and quality. Below is an
excerpt of the requirements that form the basis of our development work of series P and B.
