TURNING / FLIPPING OF OVEN / VENTILATION HOOD INSTALLATION
3. Upon arrival, the oven should be flipped 90 degrees towards a 120x80 pallet - the short side of the pallet (80
cm) should be placed against the long side of the oven (148cm) - see Figure 3 below.
4. Install the ventilation cover in accordance with Figure 3
UNDERCARRIAGE – LEGS/SHELVES INSTALLATION
6. Raise the oven approximately 90 cm from floor with the pallet lift or similar – see picture 5.
7. The oven is now ready to receive the undercarriage, see figure 5.
8. Screw the included track rails (holding the shelves) between each pair of legs and indirectly for each side
(right/left), see Figure 5. All rails are supplied with pre-drilled / threaded screw holes.
9. Connect the left pair of legs with the right pair of legs with the intermediate square profile that is included
(attach by screwing 2 star screws on each side)
10. Screw the shelves into the grooves between the legs. The top shelf has space for 2 gn-1/9 dining rooms
(included) – see picture 5.
