START-UP (FIRST BOOT)
PANEL / SETTINGS VIDEO TUTORIAL
See our setup tutorial, which explains the operation of the control panel, before proceeding with the start instructions.

VISUAL INSPECTION
Remove any residues of protective foil
Ensure that the stones are undamaged and positioned correctly
Make sure all oven rooms are empty
START
NOTE: Before the first bake, an initial combustion process must be carried out, in accordance with our instructions
below. The process has the intention of evaporating the moisture in insulation as well as stones (all oven decks
must be incinerated at the same time.
Start the oven as below:
Position 1: ON
Position 2: ON (Weekly Timer ON, standard start 09:45, standard stop 21:45) for further information about the
weekly timer see further down in the manual. Set the timer, see video tutorials (above link) or follow the
instructions in the panel chapter.
3 Close the doors and open the ventilation dampers to the maximum.
13. Start the respective oven room via the power button on the control panel.
14. Turn on oven lighting.
15. Set the Top Front power slider to 7.5
16. Set the Top Back power slider to 7.5
17. Set the Power slider for Bottom to 1
COMBUSTION PROCESS
Set the temperature to 120 degrees for 30 minutes
Open the door every 5 minutes to steam out the oven
Set the temperature to 240 degrees for 30 minutes
Open the door every 5 minutes to steam out the oven
Set the temperature to3,00 degrees for 1 hour
Open the door every 5 minutes to steam out the oven
