SAFETY
GENERAL GUIDELINES

Only qualified technicians shall have access:

Turn off the power before removing the service hatch and starting service work

Do not open a service door when the oven is in use.

Do not use oven without legs / undercarriage

The fan cover must always be connected to the ventilation.
INSTALLATION

Rear of oven - The oven should be installed at least 10 cm from the wall (applies primarily to the back of
the oven).
Note: The hottest part of the back is the position of the damper (in the middle of the back cover) where
the temperature shall be at most 75 degrees. To ensure that the temperature does not exceed 75
degrees, it is the customer's responsibility to install the fan cover and the associated ventilation solution
(according to the installation guide in this manual) as well as prevailing local laws.

Sides of oven The side panels of the oven should have a distance of at least 10 cm from the wall. The
hottest spot is located near the lights.

PRECAUTIONS

Location of Oven The place where the ovens are to be installed should respect the building laws of the
actual country

Extra Insulation measure - if you want to secure yourself, you can install a stone wool fireboard of 100
mm around the oven, the stone wool fireboard should have a weight of at least 100 kg/m3 and should
respect the norm A1.

If you are not sure about the applicable laws please get in touch with your local fire station and take the
required actions.
