CUSTOMER'S COMMITMENT UPON ORDERED DELIVERY / INSTALLATION
The customer must ensure that we can transport the machine, via the intended premises, to the installation site
without damaging floors, walls or other real or movable property. The customer must prepare the premises – protect
surface layers such as floors, moldings, walls, monitors, etc. well in advance of delivery and installation.
If cardboard is not sufficient, harder protective materials such as plywood should be laid out on exposed surfaces.
The designated location for the oven must be cleaned and free of loose objects or the like. Summarized: It is the
customer's responsibility to secure the premises before service or installation.
Mora Ovens does not take responsibility for material damage at the delivery site, nor do we take responsibility for
any bodily injuries.
