The espresso making process involves
extracting oils out of coffee grinds.
Deposits of grinds & oils build up over
time, affecting the taste of the coffee &
operation of the Espresso Machine.
Purging water through the Group Head &
Steam Wand, before & after making each
coffee, is the easiest way to keep your
Espresso Machine clean.
