6.11 Installation Checklist
Check the mechanical and electrical installation of the PCS after the above-mentioned oper-
ations. Go through the checklist below with the aid of another person.
Make records during checking. Make improvements once any unconformity is found.
Mechanical Installation
□
The PCS is intact without distortion or damage
□
The PCS bottom is reliably fixed and supported
□
The clearance spaces around the PCS are sufficient
□
The PCS ambient temperature, humidity and ventilation meet the requirements
□
Cooling air circulates smoothly
□
Cabinets are integrated and reliably sealed
Electrical Installation
□
The PCS is grounded properly and reliably
□
The grid voltage matches the nominal output voltage of the PCS
□
Grid side connection sequence is correct and the torque meets requirements
□
Polarities of the DC input are correct and the torque meets requirement
□
Communication cables are connected correctly and far away from other cables
□
Marks on the cables are correct, clear and distinguishable
□
Insulation protection cover is reliable and intact; warning labels are clear and
distinguishable
