6.3 STORAGE
6.3.1 Storage Preparation
Following preparations and work should be done when the machine should be parked for a long
time.
1. After cleaning, dry indoor or outdoor storage. When stored outside, the sleeper should be laid
on flat ground and covered with gauze.
2. According to “7.5 lubricating oil (grease) ”requirements, oil or grease for each part of the
machine;
3. The oil cylinder rod is exposed partly, and the oil and grease is anti-rust;
4.The temperature is low (< 0
℃
), pay attention to the cooling water blowdown, and the driver
room hang "no cooling water" warning signs;
5. The terminal of the battery shall be removed and covered, or taken down for safekeeping;
6. Unplug engine ignition key;
7. Each operating handle and switch are placed in the middle position, each part fixed pin,
brake, lock and other insert lock.
6.3.2 During Storage
Attentions for a long-term storage:
1. Start engine, operate and lubricate each part once every month;
2. Charge the accumulator in time, otherwise, it may be damaged if not charge over than one
month.
6.3.3 After a Long-Term Storage
Pay attention to a long term storage before use:
1. Check the lubricating parts and replace them in time when the grease is degraded.
2. Check and repair according to the monthly inspection requirements.
6.3.4 Operation of Remote Control
★Note: This model doesn’t support this function.
When the machine travels onto or off a platform trailer, certain safety risks exist due to the
limited operating field of vision in the driver's cab. The machine provides remote control
operation, and the operator can go out of the driver's cab and observe carefully through the
