2.3.3.1 Swing Platform
All parts in upper-carriage

including big roller main winch, Auxiliary winch, hydraulic oil tank,
power system, air conditioner etc.
）
are fit under turntable. According to rig work condition,
turntable stress is complicated. Turntable is a welding part, the 3-D stressed analysis is showed
in FIG. 2-5.

2.3.3.2 Main and Auxiliary Winch
The main and auxiliary winch are installed on the turntable. The main winch is used to lift and
lower the kelly bar. The main winch is driven by the hydraulic motor with the floating function
of free release, to meet the needs of the drilling rig. (Special note: when lowering kelly bar in
non-drilling process, floating function is not allowed).The control mode is hydraulic pilot
control. See FIG.2-6.Main winch is equipped with pressure rope device to prevent random rope.
