Motherboard Connections

Please review the Safety Precautions in Appendix A before installing or removing components.
4.1 Power Connections
Power Supply Connectors
The motherboard has several power connectors, including one 14-pin ATX PWR (JPWR1),
two 8-pin 12V DC PWR (JPWR2/JPW3), and one 4-pin 12V DC PWR (JPWR4), to provide
adequate power supply to the system. The 4-pin power connector cable is designed to give
extra power support to the motherboard.
Important: To provide adequate power supply to the motherboard, be sure to connect all the
power connectors to the power supply. Failure to do so may void the manufacturer warranty
on your power supply and motherboard.
