TEMP ERATURECONTROLADJUSTMENT
EachSureShotDispensingSystems®dispenserispresetatourfactorytomeetyouroperating
standards.Thesesettingsshouldnotrequireadjustment.
Thetemperatureintherefrigeratedproductcompartmentissetatourfactoryfornormalusein
the NorthAmericanfoodserviceindustry.Thetemperatureissettomaintaintheproductwithin
the range of 35ºF to 40ºF (1.6ºC to 4.4ºC). The temperature is controlled by an adjustable
the rmostat.Theadjustmentthermostatislocatedonthecircuitboard.(Seebelow.)
1. Removethe4screwsthatsecurethefrontsplash
panel/valvecoverinplaceandcarefullyremovethe
frontpanelcover.Itislocatedbelowthewhiteplastic
valvesthatholdtheproducttubes.
2. Whenthiscoverisremoved,locatethecircuitboard
thathaselectroniccomponentsonit.AredLED
lightshouldbe(ON)indicatingthatthereispower
suppliedtotheboard.
3. Identifywhichcircuitboardisinstalledinthe
dispenser. Thecircuitboardisoneoftwostyles,a
variationoftheB16designorthenewerC01008
design.

LocatetheTemperatureAdjustmentPot(R36),
whichisonthebottomofthecircuitboard. It
is a b lue plastic square, approximately ½”
square. It has a white circular center with a
slot. From the factory this adjustment is
normallysetwiththeslotvertical(at12and6
o’clockifyou weretocompareittohandsona
clock).
Locate the UP (SW1) and DOWN (SW2)
adjustmentbuttons,whichareonthebottomof
the circuit board. Press either the UP or
DOWNbuttonandthecircuitboarddisplaywill
show the current refrigeration setting. From
thefactory,thissettingisnormallybetween04
and09.Fullrangeof adjustmentis00(OFF)
to12.
