7·27 CHASSIS
• Remove the connector by loosening a screw and then re·
move the O-ring.
• Remove the dust boot.
• Remove the circlip
with the special tool.
09900·06105: Snap ring pliers
• Draw out the push rod, cup piston set.
INSPECTION
CYLINDER
Inspect the cylinder bore wall for any scratches or other dam-
age.
PISTON, CUP SET AND RUBBER PARTS
I nspect the piston surface for scratches or other damage.
I nspect the cup set and each rubber part for damage.
