Rear Suspension Tuning Procedure
1. Remove the rear shock absorber. (Refer to Service Manual)
2. Remove the rear shock absorber spring. (Refer to Service Manual)
3. Adjust the rear suspension according to the rider’s weight and pref-
erence by referring to the table below.
4. Measure the distance L1 from the seat bolt to the chain adjuster
lock-nut with the motorcycle on the stand and the rear wheel lifted
off the ground.
