Check balance shaft bearing
Check bearings on right and left crankcase.
Rotate each bearings inner ring with fingers.
Check if bearings can be turned in smooth and
silent, and also check if bearing outer ring is
mounted on gear tightly.
If bearing rotation is uneven, noising, or loose
bearing mounted, then replace it.
Special tool: Inner bearing puller

Assembly of crankcase
Install wave washer into right crank bearing seat.
Install crank shaft on the right crankcase.
Align the position mark on the balance shaft drive
gear with that of balance shaft driven gear, and
then install balance shaft onto right crankcase.
