This section describes how to restore operation to a NetBackup appliance after the
source power is restored following a power outage.
To restore a standalone appliance following a power outage

Make sure that source power is available to the unit and that the unit is turned
off.
Note: On the control panel, the LEDs for the Ethernet ports (1, 2, and 3) that
are connected are green. The system status LED is also green.

Press the power button on the control panel. The fans turn on as the unit starts
initiation.
