Absoluteltersarealwaysincludedandseparatelypackaged.
Commissioning
Ifnotalreadyinstalled,inserttheltercassettesintothesupportplate:
• checkthatthesealingtapeisappliedontheltersupportframe,
• inserttheabsolutelterandmakesuretheltercasingsitstightlyonthesealingtape,withtheltercompactpart
orientedinthedirectionoftheairow,
• insert,ineachcorner,thespeciallockwithaself-clinchingnutandscrewinthescrewwithanadjustablestud;
pressthecompactlterframe(seal)againstthelterframe,
• absoluteltersmustbemountedintheabsolutelterframeinthedirectionensuringthatairowpressesthe
ltersagainsttheseal;airowintheoppositedirectionisnotallowed,
• checktheconnectionofthepressuremeasuringhosestothepressuremeasurementportsandconnectthehosesif
necessary.
Maintenance
Replacetheltercassettes:
• rotatetheltercassetteinthedirectionofthearrowandpryitoutofthesupportplate,
• repeattheproceduretoremovealltheltercassettes,
• clean the section casing if necessary,
• insert new cassettes in the opposite direction and in the reverse order,
• checktheairtightnessofthelterframe-casingjoints,
• checktheairtightnessofthesupportplate-lterframejoints,
• checktheairtightnessoftheltercassette-supportplatejoints.
