Customizing your radio
The message Low power transmit activated (or
deactivated) appears and the low power transmit
icon appears in the display.
Using a function key
You can turn low power transmit on and off using a
function key, if your radio is programmed in this way.
Q Press the function key to turn low power transmit
on for the current channel. It remains on until you
press the function key again.
