STOPPING THE ENGINE
IMPORTANT: Do not stop the engine
suddenly when operating with heavy
loads or at the maximum speed. Doing so
may cause the engine to overheat or
seize. Never stop running the engine
suddenly except in emergency.

1. Return the throttle lever or throttle
controller.
2. Idle the engine for about 5 minutes to
gradually let it cool.
3. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position to
stop the engine.
