Adjusting the console
The console and the console mast can be set to nearly any height and any angle.
L NOTICE
For safety reasons, please make sure while exercising that the pull rope does not touch the
console.
1. Hold the console with both hands as in the image above.
2. Move the console to the desired height and set the desired angle.
Loosen the foot strap
You can very easily open the foot strap with the quick release ap.
Lift the ap with your thumbs as shown in the image.
