15. Secure the freezer door hinge by installing the pivot
pin.

Sanitizing
1. Prepare 2 qt. (1.9 L) of an approved 100 ppm
sanitizing solution (for example, Stera-Sheen
®
).
Use warm water and follow the manufacturer’s
specifications.
2. Open the mix inlet cover on top of the freezer.

Note: Sanitize your hands and the funnel.
3. Install the funnel into the mix inlet hole on top of the
freezer.

4. Pour the sanitizing solution into the funnel and allow
the solution to flow into the freezing cylinder.
