Draw Handle Calibration

Use the screw on the draw handle to
control the speed of product dispensing.
For optimum product quality the rate
of dispensing should be 5 to 7.5 oz
(142-213 g) in a 10 sec. draw. If the
dispensing rate is set higher or lower, the
risk is poor product quality and potential
damage to the machine.
To increase the flow rate, turn the screw
clockwise, and counter-clockwise to
decrease the flow rate.
The draw handle adjustment knob is intended to slow the product delivery speed.
