Symptom Possible cause/remedy
Poor reception via DAB+/FM. Check the position of the antenna using the
following characteristics:
- Adjust/correct the position of the antenna in
the switch junction box or inside the wall.
- If the antenna is installed in the cable slot in
the wall, the antenna wire should be located as
close as possible to the surface of the slot.
- It is important to ensure that the antenna is laid
in the wall as stretched out as possible.
- In cavity walls, the antenna can be installed
freely in the wall, if possible away from metal
stands.
- If reception with the supplied antenna is not
sucient, an outer conductor (L/N) can be
connected as an antenna.
- If a metal design frame from a switch range
is used, this can aect the reception quality. If
necessary, replace the metal frame with plastic or
glass frames.
