The operating voltage of the remote control is 3V and requires two pieces

After installing the batteries,

2. To reduce power consumption, when
the radio is not used for one hour, the
IR sensor LED indicator light
automatically turns off, meaning that
the remote control function is
deactivated. Press any key on the
radio to reactivate it.
