Arguments
NR1 is an integer in the range of 0 through 15 representing a color as defined
in the above table.
Examples
HISTOGRAM:COLOR 12 sets the color of the histogram data and its boundary
area to maroon.
HISTOGRAM:COLOR? might return H ISTOGRAM:COLOR:1 4, indicating that the
color of the histogram data and its boundary is gray.
