Timing analysis measurement algorithms
Frequency measurement algorithm. Frequency is the reciprocal of the period. Frequency is typically measured in Hertz (Hz)
where 1 Hz = 1 cycle per second.
Frequency = 1 / Period
Negative Duty Cycle measurement algorithm. Negative Duty Cycle is the ratio of the negative pulse width to the signal period,
expressed as a percentage.
NegativeWidth is defined in Negative Pulse Width measurement algorithm.
If Period = 0 or undefined then return an error.
Negative Pulse Width measurement algorithm. Negative Pulse Width is the time the signal remains below the mid reference
level. This measurement is made on each cycle in the record.
Period measurement algorithm. Period is the time required to complete a cycle. This measurement is made on each cycle in
the record.
Positive Duty Cycle measurement algorithm. Positive Duty Cycle is the ratio of the positive pulse width to the signal period,
expressed as a percentage.
PositiveWidth is defined in Positive Pulse Width algorithm.
Positive Pulse Width measurement algorithm. Positive Pulse Width is the time the signal remains above the mid reference
level. It is the distance from a rising edge to the next falling edge.
