11.4 DSL Modem
The ADSL modem on the bintec R3002 and bintec RT3002 is compatible with ANNEX A
and ANNEX B standards and so can be used universally in several countries. It is particu-
larly suitable for high-speed Internet access and remote access use in SMEs or remote of-
fices.
The bintec R3502 features an integrated VDSL2 modem which supports automatic switch-
ing to ADSL2+. If required, VDSL connection is available at any time.
In addition to the VDSL2 modem, the bintec R3502 has five gigabit Ethernet ports, which
can be configured for LAN, WAN or DMZ.
