Setting Description
Memory status View the used storage and total storage of the SIM card and phone memory.
Copy contacts
Copy all contacts from the SIM card to the phone memory or the other way
round.
Move contacts
Move all contacts from the SIM card to the phone memory or the other way
round.
Delete all contacts Delete all contacts from the SIM card or phone memory.
9. SOS FUNCTION
The SOS function allows you to set up to 5 contacts to be your emergency contacts, who will be
notied when you require assistance from them. The SOS function is deactivated by default.
To access the SOS settings, go to Menu > SOS setting. The following settings are available:
Setting Description
Owner Info
Enter the information about yourself. In case of accident it can be very
important to give as much information as possible about yourself to the
emergency services. So we recommend that you enter this information.
Status
Turn the SOS function on or o. The default value is O. You must turn on
this function before you can activate it.
SOS number
View, enter or edit the phone numbers of your emergency contacts.
Notes:
- You need to manually enter each phone number. You cannot select phone
numbers from your contact list.
- If the SOS number list is empty, your phone shows you the screen for this
setting after you activate the SOS function.
SOS SMS ON/OFF
Turn SOS SMS on or o. The default value is On. If SOS SMS is on, your
phone sends the SOS message specied by the SOS SMS setting to each
emergency contact it calls.
SOS SMS
View or edit the SOS message to be sent to each emergency contact called
by your phone. The default SOS message is "Help me!".
Warning Tone status
Turn the warning tone on or o. The default value is On. If the warning tone
is on, your phone emits a loud warning tone after you activate the SOS
function.
Notes:
- You cannot change the warning tone or adjust its volume.
- Your phone will still emit the warning tone when it's in the silent ring
mode.
Notes:
- Important: An emergency contact must conrm an SOS call by pressing the 0 key on their phone
within 20 seconds of answering the call. Otherwise, your phone will hang up and call the next
emergency contact. It is imperative that you inform all your emergency contacts of this in advance.
- The SOS function can be activated only when your phone has a valid mini-SIM card installed and
is on. You can activate the SOS function when your phone is open or closed.
To activate the SOS function, ensure your phone is on and press and hold the SOS button on the
back of your phone for 2-3 seconds. Your phone will display a countdown of 3 seconds on the
screen and activate the SOS function at the end of the countdown.
