PART DESCRIPTION
Call key
Press to make or answer a phone call.
Press to view the call history.
End call / Return home /
Power key
Long press to power the phone on or off.
Press to end a call.
Press to return to the home screen.
Navigation keys
Press to go up, down, left, or right in the calendar, image list, etc.
Press to use the top, bottom, left, or right button on the screen.
Press from the home screen to access the function assigned
to this key (For more info, see "Dedicated Key" on page 22).
Press or to move the cursor in edit mode.
Press or to adjust the setting using a slider.
M1 / M2
Assignable direct memory keys (For more info, see "12.3 Speed
dial" on page 13).
Main screen
Displays messages, images, date, time, status icons, etc.
Turns on when you open the phone cover and turns off when
you close the phone cover.
Left soft key
Press to select the item displayed in the lower-left corner of the
screen. The following are the common use cases:
Press to open the Menu from the home screen.
Press to access the options available to the current function.
Press to open or confirm the highlighted item in a list.
Right soft key
Press to select the item displayed in the lower-right corner of the
screen.
The following are the common use cases:
Press to open Phonebook from the home screen.
Press to delete characters before the cursor in edit mode.
Press to return to the previous screen or close a dialog box.
OK key
Press to open the Menu from the home screen.
Press to open the current app in the Menu.
Press to open or confirm the highlighted item in a list.
Press to answer Yes to a question displayed on the screen.
Press to take a picture or start/pause/resume video recording
using the Camera app.
Press to use the central button on the screen.
Camera key
Press to open the Camera app from the home screen and take
pictures or record videos.
Receiver Lets you hear the caller and voice prompts or messages.
LED indicators
These indicators light up to inform you of key events.
- You have an incoming call or missed call(s).
- The battery is charging.
Volume keys (up and down)
The secondary screen gives you an easily accesible view of the time,
date and provides a quick overview of missed calls and messages.
