- Press the Volume keys on the right side of your phone to adjust the volume of the playback.
14.5 Audio player
You can use Audio player to play audios stored in the microSD card or recorded using Sound
recorder. To allow your phone to play audios, make sure the audio les are saved in a folder named
My music in the root directory of the microSD card. To open Audio player, go to Menu > Multimedia
> Audio player.
- Press to open the playlist (list of audio les stored in My music folder). Then press or to
highlight an audio le and press OK to play it. When the playlist is open, press to access the
available options (Play, Refresh list and Settings).
- When an audio is playing, you phone will display the control bar at the bottom of the screen.
- When the control bar is visible, press OK to pause, resume or start playing the current audio. Press
or to skip to the previous or next audio. Press to switch between the repeat patterns (no
repeat, repeat once and repeat continuously) for the playlist. Press to toggle the shue for the
playlist on or o.
- Press the Volume keys on the right side of your phone to adjust the volume of the playback.
Notes:
- By default, if you press or to exit Audio player while an audio is playing, the playback
will continue in the background. To pause the playback, you must press OK on the Audio player
home screen.
- Audio player will show you the audio you last played when you reopen it later.
14.6 Sound recorder
You can use Sound recorder to record audios with your phone's microphone. To open Sound
recorder, go to Menu > Multimedia > Sound recorder.
- To start recording an audio, select Options > New record. Your phone will display the elapsed time
on the screen.
- When the recording is progress, press to pause or resume the recording.
- When you are done, press to stop and save the recording. Your phone then displays the le
for this recorded audio on the screen, showing the lename and length of the audio. To play back
this audio, select Options > Play. To stop the playback, press .
- All audios recorded with Sound recorder are saved in the folder named Audio in the root directory
of the microSD card.
Sound recorder options
When the recording hasn't started or you have just stopped a recording or playback, you can press
to access the following options:
- New record: Start recording a new audio.
- Play: Play the last recorded audio or last played audio.
- List: View the list of previously recorded audios stored on the microSD card.
14.7 FM Radio
You can use FM Radio to listen to FM radio. To open FM Radio, go to Menu > Multimedia > FM
Radio. The FM radio has a frequency range of 87.5 to 108.0 MHz. You must connect a pair of
earphones or a headset to your phone to use FM Radio.
- Press OK to turn the radio on or o.
- To tune in to a radio station, press or to perform an automatic search. Once a station is found,
your phone will start playing it. You can press or to fine-tune the frequency.
- Press to access more options such as Channel list, Auto search and Settings.
- Press the Volume keys on the right side of your phone to adjust the volume of your radio.
