What to do if I'm having trouble connecting to my Telstra Gateway?

If you're having trouble connecting to your Telstra Gateway, ensure the cabling is correctly connected as shown in Part 1 Set Up Your Telstra Gateway Max. Also, verify that the power supply from the kit is connected. Try restarting your Gateway and computer/device by turning them off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning them back on. If you still can't connect, retrieve your password by going to www.telstra.com.au/password on an internet-enabled device.
