MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
100 HOUR MAINTENANCE
Perform "BEFORE SERVICING PROCEDURES" before
attempting any
of
the following checks.
Complete all
"DAILY MAINTENANCE" checks prior to this
time interval.
Complete all
"50
HOUR
MAINTENANCE" checks prior to this
time interval.
Perform
"BEFORE OPERATING CHECKS" before attempting
any
of
the following checks.
CHANGE
AXLE
DIFFERENTIAL OIL
Location: Fill plug (B).
Check plug (D).
Drain plug
(C).
To
Change: Remove the drain plug.
Loosen the fill plug to allow the oil to drain
completely into a proper collection container.
Replace the drain plug.
Remove the check plug and the fill plug.
Fill with oil through the fill plug hole until it
flows freely from the check plug hole.
Replace the check plug and the fill plug.
NOTE: This time interval is for the first initial 100 hours. Refer
to
page 5-5
of
this manual for additional service intervals.
NOTE: Refer to page 5-24
of
this manual for the proper oil
specifications and capacities.
