      Ryan KelleyJul 29, 2025
First, ensure the memory card is inserted correctly, with the metal contacts facing toward the lens. Next, power off the device, remove the card, and check for damage to the contacts in the card slot. Finally, verify that you are using an authentic THINKWARE memory card, as THINKWARE does not guarantee compatibility with third-party cards.

The video from your Thinkware dash camera might be unclear if the protective film on the camera lens hasn't been removed. Make sure you've removed the protective film. Also, check the installation location of the front or rear camera, turn on the product, and then adjust the camera’s viewing angle.

Why can't my Thinkware U3000 receive GPS signal?
    • J
      Jerry ThompsonAug 20, 2025
The GPS signal might be weak in areas with obstructions like tall buildings or out-of-service locations. Storms or heavy rain can also interfere with GPS reception. Try using the dash camera on a clear day in an area known for good GPS reception. It can take up to 5 minutes to establish a GPS connection.
