User can adjust Gain and Offset values in the Setting Panel of the GUI. The target position is defined
as:
Target Position = Maximum Position * (gain * Voltage applied to “Analog In” + Offset) / 10 V
Fixed Step Size
In this sub-mode, user can make use of the “Trigger In” pin of I/O port to initiate a movement at the
Step Size defined here. The type of trigger edge to start a movement can also be defined here.

Fixed Positions:
In this sub-mode, the user can make use of the “Trigger In” pin of I/O port to move the stage between
two positions (Pos1 and Pos2).

3.4.9 Using A Joystick Console
When the HID Joystick is connected to the USB connector on the front panel of the PDXC2, the user can control
the stages with the joystick in open or closed loop mode. The move speed and step size can also be set by
adjusting the Jog parameters in the Settings Panel of the GUI.
