The TR-220 will transmit the DF17 or DF18 information for 4 intruder aircraft that
have the following parameters when GND intruder is selected:
a. Distance = 1 mile from the test set HOME POSITION
b. Velocity = 5 knots
c. Target locations are NE, SE, SW, and NW of the test set HOME
POSITION
d. The Flight ID for the targets are TEL1, TEL2, TEL3, and TEL4
TIS intruder simulations can be accessed as follows:
1. Select ADS-B RX on the TR-220 UUT FUNCTION switch
2. Use the AUTO/TEST/MANUAL switch to select the following screen:
3. The TR-220 will decode and display the Mode S Address of the Transponder
under test.
4. The TR-220 will transmit Comm A (UF21) information for 4 intruders.
