If Windows® is updated or security software is
installed for an unavoidable reason, pay extreme
attention and take measures such as making a
restore point of the system in advance so that the
system can be restored to the state before the
change if any problem occurs.

Failures may occur if the personal computer in
CASIA2 is infected with a virus. When connecting
a network (wired/wireless), external storage
media (USB memory, CD-ROM), etc., pay extreme
attention such as by scanning the drive to be
connected beforehand.
We shall not be held responsible for any failures
caused by virus infection during the use of the
instrument.

“Back-up” is to make a copy of data in external
storage media (USB memory, hard disk, CD-ROM)
in order to protect the saved data such as
measurement results.
It is recommended to back up the saved data
periodically in external storage media (USB
memory, hard disk, CD-ROM) as daily
maintenance.
The back-up data can minimize the damage if the
data is destroyed or deleted due to unexpected
problems or accidents such as mis-operation,
shocks occurring to the main unit or storage
