6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following first if you encounter any problems. If
the problem is not solved even after checking the
applicable item listed below, contact your local distributor.

Do not remove the cover of the instrument.
Otherwise, direct exposure to high voltage
sections may occur.

Do not take any actions other than those specified
below.

If the problem is not solved even after checking
the applicable item listed below, contact your
local distributor to request inspection and/or
repair. Extracting the log data can be helpful.
Refer to “6.2 Extracting log data.”

This instrument includes a Windows® personal
computer, but do not perform the following.
Otherwise, the operation and performance of the
instrument, data transfer, etc. may not be
conducted correctly.
- Update of Windows®
- Installation of resident type applications such as
security software
- Installation of other applications or driver
software that we do not specify
- Change in folder configuration or data file by
operating Windows®
- Creation of Windows® user account
- Change in settings that may affect the
